Yulia teaches different types of workouts for all ages and levels.
Her specialty is Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Self-Defense classes. Available for individual, semi-private and/or small group classes.
For each client she creates customized training programs depending on their goals and health condition.
She also instructs Weight Training, Stretching, Pilates and HIIT sessions.
Yulia has experience with different types of injuries, pregnancies and postpartum needs for her clients to recover quickly and safely.
